What Kind of Pool is Modul?

A Modul Pool is a custom, in-ground concrete swimming pool professionally constructed on-site.

It is not a fiberglass pool.

It is not a shipping container pool.

It is not a prefabricated pool.

Construction begins with excavation of the pool location.

A steel reinforcement system made from rebar is installed to create the structural framework of the pool.

Plumbing and required infrastructure are installed.

Shotcrete or gunite is then applied to form the permanent concrete shell.

After the shell has properly cured, our craftsmen complete the architectural finishes, including our signature porcelain waterfall-edge coping and tile detail.

A premium mini-pebble interior finish is then applied before the pool is filled, started up, and prepared for use.

We've modernized the system around pool construction.

We haven't replaced proven pool construction itself.

Modern By Design.

Modul specializes in rectangular pools for a reason.
