Are there any restrictions?

Pool area must be relatively flat with minimal demolition required.


Cannot be on a slope or hillside.


Minimum of 4' access required for excavation.


Pool equipment location relative to the pool cannot exceed 100 feet.


Gas and electrical meter in relation to the pool equipment cannot exceed 100 feet.

We have multiple optional upgrades available for customers.

Can I add a spa to my pool?

Yes. We have an optional spa integration add-on option for $25,000. Includes gas heater and jets.


The spa is fully integrated within the pool’s existing perimeter. It is not built as a partial extension or outside addition. Instead, the spa is designed to fit entirely inside the pool’s footprint, which means selecting the spa upgrade does not increase the pool’s total perimeter or overall area.

What kind of pool is Modul?

Are there financing options?

Yes. We have partnered with Lyon Financial to finance our customers.

What areas is Modul available in?

Modul is currently available in most cities within Southern California and New York.

Are permits included in pricing?

While we handle the permitting and planning process, permit fees are not included in the price of the pool. Fees are paid directly to the City by the homeowner.
